Vlaskamp Advocaten will be happy to help you with any questions on employment law, corporate law or insolvency law. Each entrepeneur will encounter issues in these arreas of law almost every day. We will advise, negotiate and if necessary, litigate on your behalf. If a particular issue is beyond our expertise, we will consult lawyers who specialise in the field or refer you to them. Where appropriate, we cooperate on an independant and informal basis with civil law notaries, tax consulants, corporate finance consulants and accountants. We are therefore perfectly equipped to adapt our services to your needs.

We are of the opinion that as an attorney-at-law, we take up an important position in society. This does not only apply to our services, but stretches beyond our work. We therefore encourage occupation of additional positions under avoidance of any conflict of interest. If there is the likelyhood of a conflict of interest, this will be dicsussed with the parties involved.
